With little knowledge on computers myself, and being told that my PC was pretty much a goner from a tech-savvy friend, in less than a week Kirk was able to diagnose the issue, order a replacement part, apply the repairs, and got the PC back to me ion no time, fucntioning better than before - all my essential files were saved too which I thought were long gone!
