Just went in to the store to purchase a cheap WiFi adapter. Didn't get the name of the two guys who served me, but they were very friendly and provided great service. The physical location resembles a warehouse and is open 9:30-5pm. To pickup your order you can send them an email and then go pay in store. They have EFTPOS available with no surcharge. Only thing that could be improved is their website. Overall a pleasant experience and will certainly be coming back!

I've purchased a gaming computer from Atgears instead of marketplace. It was an easy purchase and great service. I was updated regularly throuought and delivery was fast. John is a very kind and helpful guy.

Would give half a star if I could bought a L360 deepcool liquid cooler of these guys and then attempted a refund when it was leaking in the box before install they told me to just go get a YouTube video up and try installing again anyone that things installing a liquid cooler that is leaking water in the box is worth a recommend doesn't belong in the computer buisness email me at [email protected] for screenshots

Bought a new built PC and Keyboard through Australia Tech Gears direct. Have been using it for a week now and cannot fault, and helpful customer service when following up regarding postage.
