I received some really wonderful customer service from both Gus (Friday morning) and Carlie (Thursday night - I think that was her name?? I hope so??) - they both went out of their way for me, totally out of goodwill. I really appreciate it. :)

Staff seemed uninterested and stand offish when I expressed trouble with their printing system. Printing system not well explained or intuitive, and, worst of all, NOT FUNCTIONAL.nnComplete lack of accountability and prioritisation of customers at Glen Waverley. Printing experience at Vermont South far superior. 0/10, would not recommend.

Smaller store compared to there other stores. Decent range of products though. Gold service from the afternoon staff at the front counter. Will continue shopping here.

Came in looking for a copy of Windows 10 Home, and in need of some advice on how to set it up. Joseph was very helpful. Give that man a raise.

This place is where our family love to spend our time browsing for stationeries and printing out some pics and labelling stickers. The staffs are so friendly and always ready to helping out. One day, I need to print out an A2 poster for a school assignment and help is provided both detailed and clear.
