I've come here to look for a colour for MY WEDDING day. I picked the colour I wanted to try exactly what I was looking for. And instead have been told that colour is too clear or plain or light pinkish. And have been given another colour. That I hate its not even close to what I was looking at. So disappointed.

Gel Nail Review Look they were quick and fitted us in but that's the only positive. When preparing my nails she often filed my skin instead of the nail i flinched several times. Didn't ask what shape I wanted just started and it was too late when I realised. She didn't speak English so hard to communicate. Never left my nails in the light for the full time so they arent smooth and are splotchy colour wise in spots. 2 days after having them done they started cracking which has caused dirt to go underneath changing the colour. I've had my nails done by professonail before and they have been amazing but the one at capalaba does not live up to the brand unfortunately

If there was a lower rating I would certainly give it.. To avoid a long-winded review, I will simply say, the staff were so rude, not only to me who had simply walked in to purchase a gift voucher for my daughter, but when making one mistake after another on the certificate detail, were also rude to other clients, 2 of which walked out whilst I was there.. I ended up demanding a refund for the certificate she had rudely tried to charge 3x to my card.. What should have taken 5mins ended up being a 35minute debarcle. Never should be in business as are not able to understand what is being asked and respond only with rudeness...

Most unprofessional nail place I have ever been too, showed them a photo of the colour I wanted and was told They had it, when they didn’t, went back to complain ( they were also pained horribly) Had already been there for over an hour and didn’t have time for them the change it at that time I was getting them done. I called and went back to get my colour changed and the manager yelled at me for 5 minutes saying it was my problem,will never go back

Not very happy with my resent visit. I thought I would treat myself to a pedicure as it has been so long due to this Covid 19. She starts with trimming my cuticles but then I realized she is only skimming over the top of them. 6 out of 10 of my toe nails got filed down and then when it was time to remove the dry skin from my heals she only scrubbed it with a pumice stone which made it rougher. Then came the best part of having a pedicure the massage -- WELL that lasted 40seconds each leg yep that's right 40 seconds. Ohh I did get a hot stone rub for a further 10 seconds on each leg too. My legs were still quite damp and they weren't even wiped down with a dry towel. SO DISAPPOINTED I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE SORRY GUYS YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS. You need to bring back customer service
