We ended up buying 2 suitcases and 2 laptop bags here. Katerina was awesome. We got great, friendly service and an excellent price. We had shopped around so know she really looked after us. I had a problem with one of the locks on one of the suitcases so took it back the next day. No questions asked, Katerina exchanged the suitcase quickly and easily. Highly recommend this place.nWell 2 years on from my initial review posting, I went back to shop today as one of the cases had a wheel broken on the last flight. I wasn't looking for warranty, I was looking for help to purchase a replacement wheel assembly. The lady in the shop was rude and had no interest in helping. Her position was I needed to purchase a new case. I ended up going directly to American Tourister myself and got a very quick and helpful response. Based on the staff now in this shop, I'll never buy luggage (or anything else for that matter) here again. Reduced the star rating from 5 to 2 as a result.

I loved this place! You smell the beautiful leather when you walk pass by the store!nI loved the clothes as well; high quality ones but a bit pricey! But it worth it!
