I use to love coming here they always did a good job. Tried a few times now after covid and I won’t be coming back anymore. Left very disappointed after having a manicure with shellac. Waited 15 min for a quick soak and file. Not a thorough job at all. Prices are always different. Part of a manicure is a massage and I when I asked why I didn’t receive one I was told the shellac doesn’t last as long which is completely not true. They could have done it after the shellac polish with some cuticle oil or cream. What a slack excuse for laziness. I couldn’t even call what they did a manicure. Terrible value and when you complain nothing is done they don’t care, it seems they just care about getting as many people through as possible and focus too much on quantity over quality which will lose them many customers.

Walk out with funky, misshapen nails every time. Before covid, this was the place to go! Always had friendly service and free Barista coffee from rusticks. Since reopening the staff are all quite rude and almost disgruntled, no more coffee and my nails are always wonky and out of shape. I have tried seeing a few different girls here to find someone who'll do the job I'm used to at this salon and despite communicating this it doesn't change.

Staff very rude. No hand washing or changing gloves in between clients. This should be a must during COVID. No eftpos. Terrible job at filling.
