Poolwerx Redland Bay

Thanks for the great advice and providing the right products to keep the chemical balance in our pool just right. Following that we bought a robotic vacuum from them which is working brilliantly. Good, friendly service.

Not happy, they charged me $89 for a pool service, the floor on my pool is still left green and junk on the floor, the whole idea I got Wayne to clean my pool is because I wanted the pool floor VACUUMED, but Wayne did not do that. All he did was ad a whole bunch of chemicals "apparently" which I did not see him do, and now my bill is $200 and I was told I still need to add 20L of liquid chlorine. Please see photos and tell me the pool was vacuumed. All wayne did was scoop the pool to remove some leaves . I needed my pool vacuumed, also filter pump full of leaves and pool was not backwashed, what sort of a service is this. Not happy I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE POOLWORX REDLAND BAY.
