The staff at this shop are generally quite rude and unpleasant to deal with. I’ve been in on 3 occasions and each time have left with a bad taste in my mouth. The older, balding gentlemen is especially painful to interact with...nnCustomer experience still matters guys!nnI would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Not only is Martini technically brilliant at diagnosing issues, he provides super efficient and practical advice when using and listening to top audio models in the home.nnAs a teenager who attended school in the area some 15 years ago I walked past the Klapp Audio Store everyday. The years of experience of this store is super outstanding. This store is an icon in Melbourne.
