Diamond Pool and Spa recently upgraded our pool from a salt pool to a mineral pool and it is amazing. Your skin feels incredible after swimming, even those who have highly sensitive skin commented how their skin is no longer irritated after swimming. Its like having hepburn springs in your backyard! The support service by Arthur and the team has been exceptional and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

He was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some advice on a cleaner that we had been thinking about for a while as well.nBased on his advice we purchased an s300i robotic cleaner and our pool has never looked better!nThank you so much DPSC and especially to you, Arthur!

Went in to buy a pool robot, worth $2,049. The lady showed me everything that would come with the robot, including a trolly. I specifically asked about this, knowing how heavy they are. Bought the robot and left. They call me an hour later to say the trolly was not included and would cost and extra $300 unless I wanted to upgrade to the more expensive model of robot, which was also $250 more. There was no offer of compensation for their mistake, they said take it or leave it! I decided to get a refund because they wouldn't even offer a discount on the trolly for compensation of their error! I have still not received my full refund 3 days later! I then went to a lovely family business in Mentone and bought the same robot online for $250 less, including delivery...I won't be using them for my pool supplies either.

Pool never looked cleaner since using these guys, great service.
