We have over 60 machines and they are able to provide support and assistance in a timely manner whenever we need it.nnImaginables were fantastic at facilitating the repair of an Ultimaker S5 printer recently. Although the machine was out of warranty, they honoured the repair and made every step easy. The communication was fast, clear and friendly, and they made every effort to follow up on every detail involved in the repair to make sure that I understood everything that was happening. Outstanding service and communication when servicing our Ultimaker3.

I had a major drama with the Print Head of an Ultimaker3. I was keen to do my own service/maintenance. I needed parts and guidance. Kae had me sorted and fixed very quickly. Super friendly and lots of support emails providing tips, details and asking how I was progressing. I highly recommend Imaginables. I'll be purchasing all future consumables and parts from Imaginables.
