Don't buy vaping equipment from TSG stores unless you are going back to the same outlet EVERY time.nBought my unit here, nice good quality...now im back on the road and been to 4 Tsg's in vic, ALL supply different equipment with different coils...Also vaping customers are made to wait often, when trying to track down the correct coil, in favour of tobacco customers. Their staff often lack the expertise, and the onus is on you.nThey are not creating a uniform brand, with the same equipment available franchise wide...nIf u are outlaying $50-100 for your vaping hardware, you would like the experience to last more than a week or so, and to be able to buy the necessary parts from more than 1 store.nDon't get me wrong, thought I'd dodged the largest Bullet being there are many faulty models being sold.nIt is good quality, but after going to 4 stores what good is quality if u can only buy the parts from 1 store.nNot saying the other franchises have a more uniform approach to supplying Vaping equipment.nGuess I'll find out now it appears i have no choice but to buy new equipment...nDon't get me wrong government policy favouring big pharmaceutical nicotine replacement kickbacks are to blame, dragging their heels against more viable and less harmful alternatives.nCignall are known for selling faulty devices, but TSG aren't helping either.nUnless you are willing to go to the SAME TSG store EVERY time, I would not recommend buying vaping equipment from TSG.
