Phone bot has been extremely competent in seeing to any of my phone issues! Bob excels in knowledge and is prompt and friendly. I highly recommend phone bot and it’s wonderful staff.

i found the add on Facebook market place and choose the phone based off the price and that it offers a warranty and also you don't need to meet someone in some sort of car park. I picked up same day service was amazing he present the phone offered a good strong case to protect it and should us the features of the phone. I would be looking to get my next phone from here.

It is deeply unpleasant to give negative reviews, but in this case it is deeply necessary. Deception, abuse of trust, appalling arrogance and sheer laziness are at the heart of Roobotech’s business plan. This is how it works: they sold me a faulty phone (broken microphone) and when I returned it within the week they claimed their ‘highly skilled and professional technicians’ would not have cleared a faulty phone. They then revealed that their seven-day return policy is subject to a 1-1.5 hour test, in which those same amazing technicians verify if the phone has been damaged in my posession. Right. The amazing technicians who can’t detect a broken microphone are invested with the powers of God. I had travelled one hour to the store and it was due to close in one hour and ten minutes. When I explained that I was unable to travel two hours the following day to resolve an issue that was caused by two mistakes on their part (ie. selling a faulty phone and not accurately/truthfully communicating the return policy), one reacted with hysteria, the other with a pseudo-rational defense of their unbelievably bad form. They will do ANYTHING to deflect the issue back to the customer (eg. ‘you should have come earlier’, ‘you seem uptight’ and ‘we are flexible’ – yes, so flexible that they expected me to sacrifice a further two hours of my time instead of simply stepping up and addressing the issue that THEY caused.) They will weave a nauseating web of BS because they don’t have the integrity or maturity to honestly reflect on how shabbily they treat people and right their ways. Either that, or they simply think their behaviour is acceptable. Maybe in their world it is perfectly okay to make other people pay the price for their own low standards, failures and laziness.nFunnily enough, I did not trust Roobotech’s ‘amazing technicians’ enough to return the following day. I attended another shop instead. In 30 seconds they assessed the problem. In two minutes they verified the phone is not damaged in other ways. In 25 minutes they changed the microphone. No hysteria, no BS, no deflection of responsibility. That was refreshing.nnAnd so, given that objectivity, self-reflection, decency, integrity, respect and responsibility are such alien concepts to Roobotech, how do they stay in business? Answer: astro-turfing, of course!nnps. I requested that they document my attendance of the store. We updated the documentation three times in forty minutes, and they only provided me with the final copy of documentation.
