My experience purchasing online aligns with the other reviews stating that they received excuses and sheer lack of customer service.nnI ordered an item and despite multiple phone calls and follow up after not receiving calls back for two weeks, I submitted a PayPal dispute.nnThank god I had PayPal. Highly recommend you purchase elsewhere if my experience is anything to go by.
