The shop is in worst location but staff member is nice
First time in an adult store and Pretty nervous to say the least. The tall bigger lady behind the counter was AWESOME! She helped me with getting my first toy along with other things. She was informative and she was funny, I’m so glad she was able to put me at ease. Thank you so much I will be back!
I am a regular customer at Club X and a word of advice I try and avoid there during the weekdays as the really large lady is so rude with a bad attitude. Week night and weekend staff are very friendly and helpful so you’re better of going in then.
The big, tall woman here is SO RUDE! Food down her shirt, covered in crumbs with her gut hanging out she couldn’t even be bothered standing up to help me, she just grunted from behind the counter. While I was looking around she swore at a customer and yelled at them as they were walking out the door, it was disgraceful! I know it’s Club X but surely there’s some standards with staff. I won’t be back.
The new manager here is amazing. So friendly and organized. 10/10
