Horrible and unfriendly staff who were absolutely useless and unwilling to give me the time of day. Can't believe optus would even employ such people to represent their company. Happy to name names of such staff if my issues remain unresolved. Just the way they conduct themselves and speak to other customers is so unprofessional and nasty

Been with Optus for nearly 3 years and I wanted to buy a new phone, my first option was Optus. The staff was so rude to us on that day, she was quite racist too, hardly gave us any options and was bothered by our presence. We finally got 2 iPhone Pro from office works! It makes me sad to believe that people still have double standard way of doing things!!

Went to return a faulty product, only had it a day and wouldn't return it. The servers were rude about it. Went to another optus and they said we were entitled to a return. Even if it couldn't be returned which doesn't seem right, the girls didn't have to be rude and then after buying another, they put it on badly and blamed the phone

That was the most embarrassing & uncomfortable i have ever felt in a retail environment. I'm sure when you go in to buy a new phone with nothing more they would be ok, otherwise I would recommend any other Optus store in the country.nIncredibly rude manager and literally laughed at me with all his staff. My issue was in store they claimed no responsibility and said there was nothing that could be done. Afterwards I spoke to Optus over the phone and eventually got my problem solved. They don't know basic customer service, they have no respect at all. Any kindess shown is completely empty and fake.

Picked up my new iPhone 11 last night at 4.45pm ( almost closing time) the service I received was nothing short of amazing, Liam took his time to explain everything even though it had gone past his closing time. I arrived home to set up my new phone when Liam arrived at my front door to give me my new sim which I had left behind ... that is well above and beyond customer service. I have been a Telstra customer for many many years ... not anymore.George ( The Manager) contacted me this morning to confirm all was OK .... guys you are all a credit to Optus and customer service in general , many thanks
