McCanns Plumbing Supplies Glenroy

I went in this morning for the first time to get help with a leaking kitchen tap. This lovely lady in the showroom was really helpful and knowlegable. Another gentleman also helped me from behind the trade counter. Considering they were quite busy, I got the assistance I needed whilst my queries were resolved. A family member of mine is a licensed plumber and also speaks quite highly of them. He has been a customer of McCanns for approximately 3 years. He always mentions that their prices are cheaper than other suppliers & service is swift.

Took 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come out into the showroom, was walking around like I was the only person in the whole building. When someone did come out they were little to no help and came across very rude. It was like I interrupted their smoko and they were annoyed. I was intending on buying items for the bathroom but I will never return to any of their stores.

Will never use this company. Not because I had a bad experience with their plumbing but because a driver of one of their vehicles (Car 77) was driving like a maniac on the Western Ring Road and Pascoe Vale Rd exit (3-3:15pm Tuesday 4 December). Broke about 5 road rules and treated other road users with disdain. If that’s how their employees treat others then I’m not letting them anywhere near my house!
