Essendon Newsagency/Tatts/Parcel

I made a mistake of ordering an important parcel to be delivered here instead of my regular Niddrie one, where they sort by names. I greeted and asked if they have a parcel with my name, to which the guy replied he needs the order number. I totally obliged, but couldn’t retrieve the order number since the ordering app had some maintenance downtime, and i made another mistake of not taking a screenshot earlier, since it was never required before.nNow the guy started ranting so rudely for a whole minute that he has to go through a lot of mails everyday and can’t deal with me. I might have said sorry a number of times, but had to leave the store while he was still ranting to avoid my ears bleeding. The older guy in the evening is nice though.

Spoke to what seemed like the owner on the phone yesterday to see if they had a particular puzzle book. I also asked if the store was more of a newsagent or tattslotto because it says both.nnThe male voice who answered couldnt hear me with the large amount of music and noise on his end of the phone. I decided to go and see for myself and they didnt have very many puzzle books at all. I nearly fell over a fan that was put in the way. Whilst I wasnt hurt, other people could be and I honestly dont want to see anyone get hurt.nnf your looking for a newsagent that not only has what you need but is also more accessible then places such as the newsagent in puckle street moonie ponds will be better fits.

Great little newsagency,lots of interesting items and good friendly service.

Had everything I needed and the staff were kind.
