Paws Up Dog Grooming

Very poor and borderline NASTY customer service by the head groomer, who I suspect is also the owner.nDuring a perfectly pleasant discussion with one of the other groomers, the head groomer came out and was absolutely awful. After requesting a wash and tidy instead of a full groom for my groodle, she basically spat her words at me and told me it would cost over $300 for a brush alone (apparently they charge $60 dollars an hour, therefore 5 hours to brush??) before the wash and tidy. This would have been the second time I would've used their services and the same issue didn't come up the first time!?nI was genuinely asking for advice beforehand and I never claimed to be an expert but as the dog's owner, I believe I'm entitled to a preference.nI really didn't expect to be spoken to so rudely.nNeedless to say, we will be taking our much loved groodle elsewhere from now on.nnREPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE:nYour response nearly confirms how rude and nasty your customer service is, particularly as you feel it necessary to find a way to turn the tables. Post the recording if you dare and you might see just how mortified your staff were of your behaviour. OUT.
