I rented an apartment managed by this agency and although the experience was not all perfect, I'll say that some people working there like Ben Yang are doing their best to help. He was the assigned property manager to the unit we are renting and he was always helpful and responsive. It's not very easy to get in touch with him via phone as the person answering will always ask for a lot of things before finally connecting it to him but he always replies my emails on a timely manner. During the unit handover, he is meticulous but also understanding regarding some fair wear and tear of the unit.
