Iris the agent was very rude and unprofessional. Came for inspection, I lost interest when she told us we are not allowed to step on the carpet , the whole living room was carpeted therefore we cannot inspect the house. Told my husband to leave immediately. She didnt say a thing.

The lady named Iris is not professional at all in dealing with all of our housing problems. The communication systems are terrible. Whenever I contacted her, she rarely pick up her call. And we just ended up doing things by ourselves or calling landlord. The landlord was so kind and deal with our problems as soon as possible. But for her, she barely deal with that.

The best!! Not a single complain about this real agent company. As long as you abide by the rules, pay rent on time you will never have any issue. For me, both, to get into contract and lease end process were smooth, professional, simple, no stress. Thanks to Peter Lee, our agent.
