Really an unpleasant surprise. We chose to rent a house with this agency, but immediately after entering we realized some obvious and important problems that the house had. The boiler, very old, was not working properly, often if we turned on two stoves to cook, we couldn't take a shower and it was taking ages to get warm water even if we weren't cooking at all. We requested a check from the agency that immediately sent his plumber. The plumber found that the boiler was to be changed and put outside of the unit for safety purpose. But after he spoke to the agency, the agent told us that the Plumber confirmed that the boiler was in excellent condition, and the plumber didn't reply anymore to our calls! Frozen shower very often and today after a year of fatal showers the boiler will be replaced .. what has changed since a year ago ?? (maybe the contract will expire in a few weeks) .. Just over three months ago we were in the garden with other neighbors to make a barbeque, when the wind started to blow hard and many small and medium-sized branches of the trees above it fell on our heads. Very frightened, we immediately emailed and phoned the agency which guaranteed that someone would come to check and solve this problem. 3 days ago, after 3 months from that phone call, a large branch with a weight of about 100 kg fell over my daughter's house, where she often plays with her puppets. Today the agency sent us an email saying that our safety is very important, (today after the tree fell, not earlier when we called them to ask for urgent checks.) We have mold in the house since we entered, we asked to do a check and we were told that it was not mold but simply the stained wall and that they could not do anything, we called an expert who guaranteed us that it is mold and that it will come again every day if we do not paint the walls. The agency does not want to, and can't solve this mold problem. They told us to solve it by ourself. the interesting thing is that on the contract there is it's just a little voice that says: for mold-related problems, at the end of the contract this will be charged to the tenant, pity that we took pictures and sent emails 2 days after entering to live in this house .. We have a room with windows with rotten wood, we have insects that eat wood, we asked for an intervention and after coming to see the problem they advised us someone would have come to fix it,but two months have gone now.. We have often sent emails, but very often we have not received a reply, we have also offered to pay more but at least to have the desired services and instead no response to this either, but only a boiler change leaving among other things a patched kitchen because the painter was not available, and will only come at the end of next week. I enclose photos of all the above and I really hope nobody will ever have similar experiences, since we have always paid on time and today after paying about 28,000 aud we have decided to write this beautiful reference, since we had enough.
