I installed my electric gate with ECA more than 6 years ago and it still works and looks as new! when I needed extra remotes, it was simple and easy but most importantly, when we had to fix it due to storm damage; They were most helpful and incredibly responsive as we needed work done quickly.nHighly recommend their service - the fact they've been around for so many years is a testament to the high level of service & understanding they provide!

I can't speak more highly of ECA. Always professional and reliable. I've had to call them twice now on urgent matters and they've always responded promptly. Technicians very helpful and friendly.

This company is a fraud. There's no factory, office or a company. The Electrician Steve came for a call out regarding our solar gate and said he's unable to repair the unit as he doesn't know what the problem is, so he has to take the batteries and control board to the factory for diagnoses the problem by their engineers and if they can't repair he will return the units and reinstall the unit at no extra cost. next day I receive a call from him asking for $900 to repair it and when I didn't agree he refused to bring the units back. after arguing with him all day he finally agreed to bring the units back on Sunday that week. Friday morning I open the door to leave for work and see the unit is left on the front door. no reinstallation, nothing. mind you during this whole week every time I tried to contact their office no one answered.nAnother electrician came for repair and they have let us know there are pins removed from the control board by force and it's no longer repairable.nThere's no office for ECA to be contacted or anyone to get a response from. I have reported them to the consumers affair office with all the reports and hope no one else has to deal with this awful human being.

Great service!nnPurchased a spare key and the instructions did not work, so they sent me another set of different instructions which also did not work. All very helpful and friendly.nnThey then asked me to email a picture of the circuit board, which I did.nnWhile taking the picture I noticed that the transformer was hot so I measured the voltage on the battery - it was zero!nnJohn (Service Manager) got straight back and told me there was a problem with the electrolytic capacitors (they were swollen). He asked me to post the board to him for repair. He responded telling me the IC was U/S that the board was 15 years old and suggested replacing it as the cost of a new one was a similar to repair cost. I am familiar with electronics and all he said was sensible.nnI purchased and fitted a new board and battery and it worked beautifully immediately.nnHe was very polite, patient and helpful on the phone and the internet, and diagnosed and fixed the problem from 600km away! No problem with being socially distant for Covid.

Absolutely blown away with the service and kindness of the staff at ECA electronic engineering half an hour before closing time on Christmas eve and they were nice enough to repair something for me so I can get it installed for one of my customers at this absolute hectic time of year I am beyond amazed at their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction and support!
