Extremely poor service!! Customer service is terrible, we purchased a medescan cool mist humidifier. Saw on their own website that they had it for 79.95, rang and confirmed they had it and they held it as I said we would come and get it. Got there 20 minutes later to purchase and they charged another $5... explanation: because we didn't purchase online via click and collect so this is the "instore" price?!... umm regardless of method this is the advertised price. The customer service lady wouldn't see reason and did not have a reasonable explanation for the difference in price. My child was crying and in desperation I paid it to get out of there. It was only $5 but I think that is completely unreasonable. Money hungry!

Most expensive pharmacy, same brand, same qty. 3x times More expensive than chemist warehouse. Why people still rip people off i don’t know, yes maybe charge 150% but not 300% , ridiculous!
