Five Starts Service all the time! Every time I walk in is great and prompt service even though they are on a short of staff day!! Staff really look after you well and a pharmacy that actually CARES about customer xx
The pharmacist started by being blunt and rude when I asked her to explain why they are giving me 2 weeks of medication if I have been prescribed 1 week (??), to which she said it’s the same price everywhere in all sizing because they mix it themselves. But MAINLY she didn’t bother to tell me the cost of the medication before taking my card and pay waving it on my behalf. They charged $25 for 100mls of baby antibiotics than chemist warehouse do for $5. THAT IS 500% MORE for rude and what I consider unlawful practice. I thought she was taking my card to swipe it because I was holding my baby. Those markups are robery as far as I’m concerned, as well as handling someone else’s keycard!
The rudest staff I have ever come across. Im never going back again. They all need to go get some customer service training. Tried to charge me $70 for a seratide!!! Shame. I'd give them minus 10 if I could.
