Today the security guy ask about my bag doing the presumption that I take something. I live near there and I buy all the time there, never in my life happened something like this before. Make me fell really uncomfortable I never rob anything in my life and I spent a lot of money there. I don’t want to come back, really mad!

Staff always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I came back to CW as my regular chemist at 777 Stirling Highway had started adding a premium to concession prices for common prescriptions that CW provides at $5.60 without exception. Will continue to patronize, thank you.

Always a great experience in-store! The staff have good knowledge of products on the floor, endeavour to go above and beyond to help wherever they can. The pharmacists are professional, knowledgeable and are able to provide extra information on medications where doctors fail to due to time constraints during consults..

Cheaper than other pharmacies. Lots of products. The assistants are helpful and nice. If you need something simple, it's fine. If it's something more complicated, like picking up S8 meds, needing meds early, increasing doses, or asking about drug interactions, some of the pharmacists are pretty incompetent - and also have trouble communicating due to not being 100% fluent in English, for example mixing up "she" and "he", "going today" and "working today", or "serotonin syndrome" and "serotonin disease." I needed to pick up my medication early because I was going overseas for a month. They are legally allowed to dispense it early but they refused. I explained that without it I will go into withdrawal, have seizures and possibly die. They explained that they could get told off by the head pharmacist or a doctor if they gave it to me early. In my opinion death is slightly worse than being told off but I guess they didn't see it that way. Won't be going back.
