Big store. Large variety. Under staffed in busy hours. Plenty of parking. Accessible from Albany hwy. Have returned products at good discount rate. Has security guard at entrance. Can be difficult to find particular product even for the staff.

Never buy Apple products here.nnYesterday I bought an Apple Watch from here. After few trials on my wrist at home, I wanted to get it exchanged. The customer service told me to go to the store and drove all the way down.nHowever, the sales person in store told me they can’t get it exchanged as the package is opened. I am aware that Apple has a wonderful exchange/refund policy of 14 days.nI called up Apple and they said they could have get it exchanged if I had bought it from Apple store. She told me I could try escalating the issue.nI went into the store again and informed the supposedly manager. He was not very helpful and was on the same page like his sales person.nSo, if anyone wants to buy Apple products and wants to reap the benefits of Apple policies, do buy it from Apple store. After all, the price is the same, just few extra miles to travel to store!!!

This JB Hi-Fi is quite well stocked — much better than Carousel down the road, and you can potentially find rare gems in here because of it. The store is surprisingly busy though and it may take a while to be served because of it. Be prepared to wait in line for ages since there's always someone who is doing something more than just a simple purchase.
