Lovely to deal with, didnt try to upsell me anything, in fact found me a cheaper version of the exact same specs I was looking at in a laptop saving me $200. Nor did he tey to baffle me with computer jargon I didnt understand.nNo laptops on display though which I found odd.
Worst computer store ever, they have absolutely no idea what they are selling, cannot provide basic specs, this store is utter trash.
Local computer giy we always visit if we have issues.

The support and customer service is sadly lacking at this business. Bought a $1000 laptop on 30 March 20, three weeks later had a BSOD error. Attended and was advised it would cost $198 to reload Win10. I bought this laptop for my 82yr mother, so that she could keep in contact with family while in lockdown. I told the technician and tried to appeal to any form of community spirit or genuine customer service , he was not interested. I would not recommend this business if you expect any form of support after your purchase.
