Upgraded from my S6 Edge+ to the S20+ 4G. The shop has their own promotions/discounts that may differ from the website so I recommend that people subscribe to the shop's newsletters to be updated on the promos they have.nnManagers/Staff are really friendly and willing to help you start up your new device. They are patient in answering your questions and they helped me transfer my files from the old phone to the new one.nnWould highly recommend these guys ☆☆☆☆☆
I was turned away at 9.40am Friday they open at 10.00am no signs to say the trading hours wasted my time going to the centre as most shops open at 9.00am here.nDidn't give a solution for my watch just said come back when we open.nPoor customer service.nGood product.
Somewhat helpful but the body language and how they spoke to other people around me was poor. When explaining things to them if they didn't just straight out dismiss it or get defensive then I would of rated this better but as they the only point of service in Perth they need to do better.
Had no dramas with the service here. Most of the time there is a queue but moves relatively fast due to most people only buying accessories. They do not do any finance options at the store, so ended buying it online as you get a better deal. Hopefully they can rectify that to match their online service.
Staff were lovely. Thank you Josh for your help. It is a small kiosk, not a store, but convenient to drop off an item for repairs
