We just visited DJI store to check the drones and we were very satisfied with the customer service !Staff working there is absolutely amazing- very helpful & very acknowledged about what they’re selling. :) Vinnie and his colleague took care of us and gave us all the useful info about our new drone. Happy to come back and shop again!
Wanted to purchase the dji pocket 2 on the official website but i thought why not i head in to the reseller shop and get it straight away even when i already got the 10% student voucher on the official site. The complete set with the lens will cost $878. Checked before i went in that i can get 10% due to student discount even at this reseller shop. But the sales assistant does not even care that i can show him my enrollment online. Insisted that i have to go into campus to get the sticker. I feel actual sorry for the shop owner because your sales guy does not even want to earn $790.20 from me. Good lucknwith your sales and the insane high rent in carousel.
