picked up my new multi-focus glasses today and everything I see is so much clearer! The staff have been incredibly patient, courteous and helpful in all aspects: from my eye-sight test to enabling me to get the best possible sets of glasses to suit my needs. Big thank you to Keith who patiently and diligently explored all available options to get me the best type of lenses and frames at a great price!

I'm disgusted by their service. Would love to have a chat with the owner as this was a long story how I went there and what sort of service I had. Wouldn't like to see anyone suffering like I have & played off with their mental state.

I booked an appointment going there and the next day i went for check up with the card and they told i have not made an appointment, very careless as i had taken off from work for the check up.

Served by Keith who was great, he knew his stuff and was really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience Keith. 5 stars are well deserved by you

I was attended to by one of the partners at the front desk to try on frames and was really taken care off. The equipment used to check the eyes are really high tech and you can tell the staff doing the eye examination are really experienced. There after I was taken care of by the front counter staff who were very polite and attentive. It all started going down hill after the order was confirmed and paid. Made 2 pairs one normal and one sunglasses, they got my order wrong and put clear glasses in the sunglasses. Wasted my time to go collect. Normal glasses had a frame that had some manufacturing defect and was not the same colored as the display, staff agreed to change it out. 3rd trip there to collect both found out that the normal glasses was cut wrongly with the focal point too low. That’s 2 sets of high index lenses recut for 2 pairs of glasses. Not sure how the owners make of this error rate. Zero communication and record keeping. Terrible process at the front desk. I think volume is the strategy here. 3rd and 4th start lost for wasting everyone’s time.
