I reckon it is all in the planning! My experience at PathWest Bentley was very good, friendly service and very little waiting time (less than 10 minutes). As it was my first time there and reading the poor comments, I popped in to see how busy it was around 10am. As there was a few people already waiting in line, I decided not to wait and came back in the afternoon after 2.30pm… not a word of a lie, in and out of PathWest in no time, and very pleasantly surprised by the good sense of humour of the staffs at the end of a long day's work ud83dudc4d

The other reviews on this page confirm the fact that this is probably the slowest place in Perth to get your bloods taken. I have given this collection centre three tries over the space of the last year and the wait just gets longer and longer. As a comparison I have been to many other blood collection centres and whilst I understand some test take longer than others at this collection centre every time I've been it takes a minimum of 20 minutes per person. This third (and final ) time I tried, there were only 4 people in front of me and I finally walked out after an hour. If you have to use PathWest avoid this collection centre and go to another one

As many other say the wait is extremely longnThis was my first time goingnDay after public holiday so was probably extra busy aswellnOther people that were waiting suggested the afternoon is usually better and recommended that time to gonnStaff was very friendly tho and from what I could see only two lady’s working so hopefully they can get some extra help

Unfortunately we have to use this facility for my wife’s blood test. We have been visiting this (un)facility almost 18 months now. Every time we need to wait at an average 30 minutes or more. I don’t know why inefficient service. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

I called last week to book an appointment as I was told by my midwife to do so. I am 28 weeks pregnant and was required to do fasting. But when I got in touch with their staff I was told my tests does not require it and it is 1st come 1st serve basis only. I came in yesterday really early and there were so many people waiting, adding to that are their “booked in appointments”. After 40mins and my number is still way too off what was being called, I decided to move to Belmont branch because I am getting quite hungry and know I wouldn’t last long if I wait another hr or 2. Guess what? I was told I actually needed appointment for my test and has gone way past the safe required fasting time so they couldn’t do anything but schedule me another time. I understand that you are busy, but listen to the queries carefully so you don’t mess up other people’s schedule and well being.
