Staff were extremely sweet and welcoming, however, had a bad experience with one receptionist on my way out as I paid. This receptionist was extremely rude and somewhat condescending, made me feel like I was wasting her time. Do not work with people if you hate them so much ud83dude12

Busy as usual..staff very co-operative..small wait time..informative..friendly staff in attendance of your appointment..depending on time of appts car park full near entry..afew spots abit further around for able walking customers ud83dude42

I have never been compelled to write a bad review ..this service is apalling.. i called 3 days in a row at various times during the day , was on hold for up to an hour each time until i gave up..my mother ended up making the appointment and she is hearing impaired ..in fact i am writing now while on hold...UNBELIEVABLE !!! , It has been 19minutes so farnThis is not the first time as i explained..come on , it s ridiculous,, answer the phones peoplenU r a hospital ..nothelpful, not efficient..not innovative, not caring, incompetent,nWhere r u people, i will b making more complaintsnAnswer the bloody phones it isnt that hard
