Zero Star.nPeople who are complaining about Blonde middle aged lady at this AUSPOST counter, that must be her as well , who appears to make me feel hostile whenever i visit this Post office.nShe greets very rudely, ask questions rudely, answers rudely. Body language is discriminating by pushing package on the desk as if throwing a food to a stray dog. I am here to pickup my belongings, not begging her stuffs for me.n& today when i looked at back after picking my package and saw she was greeting another an aboriginal lady a little bit more nicely, in softer voice with smile. & that time i totally got so annoyed/angry, after knowing that myself a victim of RACISM, as i look like more Asian.nShe is a RACIST too.

I find stuff very friendly older blond lady maybe looks rude but very nice and try to help out, ppl try to deal the other post office very very rude guy that need to shut down

100% agree with the rest of these 1 star reviews. I honestly I don't know how this blonde old lady is still working there. She is an absolute cow with no customer service values and can't even put a smile on her face. She is the rudest Aus Post employee I have ever come across and should be fired over her lack of human decency. I feel sorry for the other younger girls that are forced to work with her.

Appalled at the level of customer service by the staff that were on today. I queued in a non-existent line and the ladies saw me waiting but decided to continue their chit chat. When I was finally acknowledged and approached the counter, I explained I hadn't received a collection slip for my business parcel but was informed by the company who sent it to come collect from here. She rudely asked for who the parcel was for - I clearly didn't know as it was sent to me without my knowledge. Took a stab in the dark. The lady found the parcel and then stated the parcel had been sitting there a while and that a slip would have been left for it as if I had been lying.

This is my first negative review but I agree with the other previous posters. On both visits, I was unimpressed by the curt and disinterested level of customer service displayed by the blonde middle aged lady behind the counter. Zero attempt to return any pleasantries, and acted as if I was inconveniencing her despite being the only person in the store. Cut me off mid sentence to ask for my proof of address. This lady should not be in any sort of customer facing role and clearly has disdain towards her job and the public.
