Went for an MRI. I never liked the MRI machines but for my back had to get in three times over the past 5 years. I Told Melinda i dont like the MRI's and the way she handled the whole scan in a great manner is really worth the appreciation. Thanks Melinda keep up the good work.

I felt the need to say how heartwarming and pleasant my MRI experience was. The staff assisting me were so caring and lovely. I didn't have any time to be nervous because of the reassuring manner, from beginning to end and during dye injections etc. Highly recommend Joondalup branch for scans.

I had to go for an MRI here and during preparation for the exam I asked if I need to remove my jewellery or watch. I was told no, I thought this was unusual and asked are you sure and she said oh they'll just rattled! Being that it was 9pm I was tired and not in my right state of mind to question this (a month of uncurable headaches, hence needing MRI) I got in the machine. On my way out of the building I checked my watch to see it wasn't working (smart watch) got home to charge it and realised that the MRI had broken it! Have been in contact weekly to have my watch replaced due to tech's advise with no outcome as yet. Please if you are doing an MRI take your valuables off regardless of what the tech says!

Ring the number for 27 minutes .. ... Line dropped.. Ring again no answer.. I almost give up... a few hours later... received txt to call particular number .... ( I think GP referral automatic goes to them) .... arrange appointment without any flexibility of time or day or date choice at all .. take it or leave it voice and attitude ....I must say... so disappointed ... as patient ... Looks like they are pushing hard online deliberately not answering any calls .....
