We were helped by a wonderful staff Shurant(pardon my spelling). He was very helpful. Great Service

We were in the line still the guy called for other people. Though the customers pointed out that we were first still he was calling for next. It happened on 10 April 2021 at 10 am onwards. My husband was explaining but the guy kept on finding some excuses to send him back. I literally asked my husband if he did anything wrong to that guy cos he was treating him differently. The service was very poor and I think actions needed to be taken to that guy.

If there is any option for 0 star then I would prefer that one. I clearly leave instructions that leave my parcel side door for safety. But still your driver leave at front door at 11:09 am. My husband went to my home within 10 minutes and he doesn’t find anything over there. Seriously guys, it’s 14kg weight courier and my family send me these things with lot of emotions and feelings. Now you guys said we can claim bla! Bla! ...... can we claim that feelings and emotions with stuff. Plzzz answer me.
