Gave it a miss rang three times was disconnected immediately ,finally on fourth time phone rang waited and waited and waited no one answered the phone after 14 mins I hung up and they lose. Took my business else where, will never waste my time with them again

Really disappointing service. Had to ask for help three times, waiting a very long time, before anyone even can to help and when he got there he just stormed passed us, went over products super quick without explaining then walked off.nWe just went somewhere else that bothered to actually help us, would recommend you do to, been the same story every time I’ve been there.

The staff at Fremantle Officeworks who helped me print some invitations yesterday were absolutely brilliant! After some unsuccessful attempts to get help at O'Connor I was blown away with how helpful and friendly the Fremantle staff were. They took me through different paper options available as well as colour and sizing options. Where at other stores I hadn't had any advice with paper or colour options, I was taken through a process here to find the right printing options. For a significant invitation it really made it helpful to be able to find staff who cared. Thanks to the two awesome ladies at the printing counter!

I bought a white board. I studied them all and decided on price and what I was wanting. The cost was around $30. After went through checkout I thought that seems a lot so I checked my docket. It had gone through as in the $40s. I asked about it and they said the price just hadn't been updated. It wasn't on special. I thought it was like fraudulent. How many other things are not being put through at the right price?? Check your dockets

I can never understand why you only have one person on the printing/scan counter and have two people standing at the checkout doing nothing and one welcoming. You need to sort this out. There was 4 people waiting for printing and no one can come over help you.
