I have been sing Dr Hannes since 2012. I am very happy! Very professional, supportive and extremely well informed. Manages my skin conditions with the least of fuss and drama. Dr Hannes always gives me a treatment plan that I am happy with. I would not hesitate recommending Dr Hannes to anyone wanting the best possible solution, for all your personal dermatology needs.

Avoid at all costs. 2 hour wait every appointment, they make you do your own Medicare rebate even though they have plenty of administration staff and by the time you actually get to start you're consult you're half asleep from waiting so long so he takes full of advantage of that, diagnoses you very quickly and does not listen to your concerns at all. Very stubborn man, likeable in a way but stubborn and has no empathy whatsoever. He said he sees 5 people like me a day, then whynnow am I worse off? Pay him to talk about hockey. He would much prefer that. 180 dollars for a 8 minute consult, wrong diagnoses and more money for prescriptions that do not work.

I could not be more happier with my experience at Fremantle Dermatology.nI had sudden onset pcos cystic acne and now it’s under control.nDr Hannes Gebauer was very helpful and kind and made sure I was fully informed over the course of my treatment.nnI am quiet shocked at the negative review as it doesn’t resemble my experience in the slightest.nnAdditionally I have recommended Dr Hannes Gebauer to numerous colleagues and clients who have all had wonderful encounters and seen tremendous results.

Left feeling very unheard and deeply upset, with little support. Has a one stop solution with steroids for what I went in with and wasn’t open to hearing or possibly exploring other routes. I have never left a review before but would like to let others know if they experience this too, they are not alone and there are other ways! Unfortunately this experience left me feeling very low and just another number on his client list (even stated “I see ten of you a day, I know what I’m talking about”) rather than an individual with problems I was having a extremely hard time managing. Could be quite dangerous for someone who doesn’t have a good support network at home!
