Selected delivery as the item I wanted wasn't available in stock.nnThey ended up leaving my parcel at a post office 1.5 hour away from me. I have 5 post office locations within my vicinity and another 15 or more still closer than the one they left it at. Defeats the entire purpose of getting a parcel. Literally had to pay the same amount on travel as the items I had ordered.nnI spoke to a representative only to be told that they deliver items to the closest alternative locations that has space to store the parcel.nnI missed another parcel an hour after this one and that was twice the size but got sent to my local post office so I'm sure it's just jargon they spewed to keep us quite.nnPositive: The people at the post office were really nice.nNegative: Australia Post as a business lacks common sense.

Hayden who initially served me was extremely rude, I had made a mistake and purchased the wrong product which he initially advised me was the correct one. Instead of helping he decided it was appropriate to mutter ‘oh for god’s sakes’ under his breath and tell me off for not using the right product. I do not appreciate this attitude as I had not even asked for a refund and even proceeded to purchase the right product without a fuss. Christine who served me after Hayden walked off without a word was very professional and friendly and I could not commend her more.

I paid $5 to have my ID copied and certified by an approved witness and notary at the Collingwood rd post office in Osborne Park.nTrusting that they knew what they were doing I was happy to pay the $5 fee. Two and a half weeks later I was informed that he had not dated the stamp nor provided his name on the stamp and that the document was useless and I have to redo it and resend it.nThank-you Australia Post, your incompetence has now made an extremely urgent matter take 5 weeks instead of two, Bravo.
