The Allergy West Clinic

The whole process is confusing and the Admin staff were very unhelpful & rude in the beginning. No correspondence is ever received and one of the admin girls can be very rude on the phone. The most recent admin I dealt with actually sounded quite lovely so i wish her all the best. They need to rethink how they organise and structure this office as my appointment now has to be rescheduled. At this point I would rather go back to my GP and find another specialist to wait 6-12 months for.

Highly recommend Dr Jack Bourke!! He is very professional, kind and caring. My son felt so comfortable with him. Thank You so much!!

I don't know what some of these reviewers are sooking about? I found the receptionists to be easy to get along with and I found Doctor Somerville to be a good bloke. I just think some people like to have a whine about anything and everything that they can. Perhaps some reviewers either don't listen to, or can't follow the doctors instructions, or think that they know better than the doctor.

The receptionist that seats closest to the entrance of the specialist office is quite rude.nVERY RUDEnDont even bother to explain everything.nEvery single time she has been so rude.

Not sure whether they have new reception staff, looking at other reviews, but I had no problem with them, infact they were very professional understanding and helpful... Can't say the same for the immunologist! He needs to keep up to date with his learning and stop being so patronizing towards his clients!
