Western Diagnostic Pathology

I Had Mel from the Harrisdale Western diagnostic take my blood today. She was very lovely, professional and even tried to find the out of pocket price of my blood test for me. It was so nice to have someone be so thorough and go out of their way to help me. She genuinely cares about people and it was lovely to see.

Hands down the worst Western Diagnostic Pathology there is. Some staff are really great but as they rotate and do not have frequent shifts here you run the risk of getting an inexperienced person. This also results in the new person not knowing where things are and there was a time the staff member did not have a key to open the doors.If you are planning on going on a weekend be prepared to wait outside by 6 am to get a spot. For weekends, don't waste your time and just drive to the one near Hamilton Hill.

Very unprofessional, rude staff. after 1.5hr of waiting says the samples can’t be collected. The communication was in a way that we were at his mercy. Very bad!
