Very poor customer care! The fat old guy is really rude. Not recommend to visit this branch at all.

Staffs didn't care about customer's feeling for the long wait, but they do care if you have a less paid postage. Remains in 80's decor, the shop needs to improve. I will rather go others LPO if possible.

Staff is rude and worst service I have experienced. I have used this LPO many times and compare to other Post offices in the area this the worse. When ever possible I use Knoxfield PO, Knox City. More friendly staff.

Possibly the worst Post Office in Victoria. Too small for the customer traffic, 1970’s decor. Simply needs to be upgraded!!!
