Was assured twice (because I asked if he was sure! Cos it looked unfitting ... this was before he proceeded with the work) if the protector ($20 mind you) he recommended fits my phone and he said yes and was stuck onto the phone. Later in the day I realised air is seeping in through the sides and my screen looked warped due to the protector being too small for my screen and stickiness sort of losing grip on sides. Asked a few other friends who have had protectors on their phones and all said it’s the wrong sized protector for my screen. I’ve emailed OnTheGo in the hope to get another put on at no extra cost but no one is replying the 3 messages sent. Seems harder to get after sales service once money is collected? Will attempt to go to the store to see what they will do otherwise, will seek help from consumers’ affair. Sigh. Wasted time and money and now have to take time off to sort it out.

I had my iPad screen replaced last month after 3 years of usage , I was assured that the replacement screen was exactly the same quality as the Apple genuine screen dropped it once with the replaced poor quality screen mind you only has been one month. The Replacement Screen never worked the same as the Apple genuine screen worked.The salesman then wanted a further $100 to replace screen again when it has a 3 month warranty I might as well go & buy a new iPad. I would never recommend that anyone would get the screen replaced from on the go. It’s a shame iPads are not cheap and it’s a waste of time & money! I put trust in them in this is how they treated their “valued” customers! “What a disgrace” To be honest I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to! Then called the security to have me removed because he wasn’t willing to resolve his unfair business, poor screen replacement. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEESE UNFAIR PEOPLE!

Needed some technical assistance and found Chris to be very helpful and patient problem solved all good
