Having ordered a computer and chosen a same day (3 hour) delivery, cworld sent an email requesting:n- My credit card details (AGAIN)n- A copy of my drivers licensennWhen asked about this absurd procedure they insist that it was to protect our credit cards. BUT, they instead still go ahead and charge your card!! So clearly, they are protecting their shipment..nnNow, how is one supposed to know that they need to check their email (within the 3 hours) and fill out and scan a form and drivers license?nnThe place is absurd, and English is not the official language...

Since our local PC store closed last year, I started using various online stores to purchase our business PCs. I found Computer World to be very competitive price wise, but more importantly for me (as a busy IT Manager for a medium sized business) their customer service has been A+. After placing my order online and paying for it I received an email advising the price had gone up and i would need to pay $160 for my order to be completed.nnAfter various attempts to be reimbursed for my funds transfer it has now been a week and a half and contacting both the ACCC & Consumer Affairs Victoria i am still waiting on my refund.

Bough a Ricoh SP213Nw printer, which is delivered lest than 24 hours, super fast delivery! The printer is easy to set up and works as expect. Pretty happy experience.
