Well if people don't know jb hi fi then where have they been? top range of household needs in electronics

The Manager of this store needs a shake up he put me on to his so call tech with the knowledge of mobile phones but as it happens he knew nothing! A total waste of my time. I purchased a Samsung phone from them and I am an iPhone user so I wanted to go back to the next page and I literally showed them both I was pressing the arrow at the top and it would not change but a friend of mine showed me the arrow at the bottom of the page is what you use. JB you need to retrain all your employee’s and your Managers!
