Gabyon Station Stay

Very basic outback station facilities (old kitchen, donkey for hot water), but that was exactly what we came for. Absolutely loved the authentic station feeling. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and Helen was very patient with our kids invading her yard every day to play with the dogs, feed the lambs, and cuddle the calves. We also had a lovely horse ride with Gemma, the horses were quiet and the kids loved it. We will definitely return if we’re ever in that part of the world again!

Lovely place to stay and relax. Helen and Mike fabulous hosts. Did the tour went out to the ruins and enjoyed a hot shower with the donkey lit up. Highly recommended

Helen and Mike were nice enough to host me and a friend on short notice during the off season in January. The station is beautiful and gives a true feeling of the immense outback. Friendly hosts, a great home cooked meal, and the best part of my Australian trip!
