Rude and condescending staff, just like the branch in Albert street. I'll be moving completely to another bank soon anyway

Rude staff last week. Unaccommodating

A member of the bank staff came outside to cheer up a sad toddler with her parents, and give her a ball to play with. If this is any indication of the customer care you can expect, I'm sold.

I can't understand why someone would give this bank and in particular one star. It wouldn't be because the staff don't try to be friendly helpful , useful or meaningful.
