I ordered online via click and collect. The following day I received an email notification of refund for curtains (out of stock) I bought but not for the metal hooks to hang. I was then notified by email my metal hooks to hang curtains were now available for click and collect.
Clearly as I now have no curtains I have no need for the metal hooks to hang them with.
Would of been nice to get a phone call from Spotlight to advise curtains out of stock and to confirm if I still needed the hooks. Also a call would of alerted me to the fact that store now out of stock and I could of organised a home delivery, now I have missed out!
The service here is great. Staff are often knowledgable and will quickly find am answer if they don't know. Great advice for your projects too.
This is my local store. It is always clean and tidy and the service is great. Parking is usually good and a little bit fuller when a sale is on. There is sanitizer available at the entry.
Plenty of parking, great store not much they don't have. Very good member buys
Easy to get around still and find what I needed, even though it was relatively busy.
