Parcel was lost and no sign of it.
The very best of service . I'm in a wheelchair or sometimes using sticks. They could not be anymore helpful or polite. 10 out of 10 guys. Thankyou.
Refused to take ID Photo for my child without a proper explanation. Their answer was " No, We don't do for baby" and asked me to look for that service in other post shop.
Extremely rigid in dealing with the customers, if you have a passport application they will make your life hell. Manager rude and useless.
