The staff working with Colin are awesome. They go above and beyond. I was stuck on the Swan River. They Ubered a new battery, tools and instructions on replacing a battery. I highly recommend buying and servicing any water craft with these guys. First rate sales and after service. Never let me down. Thanks guys for looking after me and keeping me safe on the water.

Very poor service when I wanted to return some service items purchased by mistake. They wouldn't refund me and wanted me to trade them for other items that I didn't need. They ended up charging me $55 restocking fee on 3 thermostats. I won't be darkening their door ever again.

Both starter batterys completely dry after service , had to replace both batterys rang Colin and he refunded half of a splash cover and asked me to remove this Google review . I will never be returning to this business as after all this I can no longer trust them , all I can say if you have your boat serviced by this company in the past go and check the levels in your batterys so you do not get stuck out on the water .After service had scratches on new f250 outboard $27000 engine took photos and asked to have fixed , next service spray painted with spray can like a 3 yr old did it . Asked to have it fixed again and lasted 3hrs on the water and paint falling off already . Also driving twice 120km round trip out off my pocket expenses .I’m am very disappointed with the Yamaha dealership service and would recommend not to take your equipment there , this is a ongoing concern have contacted Yamaha Australia customer service line will be keeping people posted on the progress . Had fixed again this time came to my house and 4 shades darker grey . Had fixed again and this time colour is correct and back to how it should have been the first time
