After paying a deposit for a new-build van, we can't get anyone, including the manager, to respond to our emails or phone messages. We are not being treated as a valued customer and the "service" is severely lacking. This is particularly concerning as we haven't even taken delivery of our van, so what might we expect after we do? Perhaps my comment here might get someone's attention!
